EXECUTIVE SESSION - In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D Section 551.071 - Legal - Consulting with the city attorney regarding items on the agenda or for matters in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Code: 1. Receive legal advice regarding code enforcement action related to various exterior structures within the Village Owners Association 2. Receive legal advice regarding updates to the Colleyville Police Department personnel policies Section 551.071 - Legal - Consultation with attorney regarding pending litigation: TAP Realty, LLC and 62 Main Street, LLC v Neighborhood Management, Inc., et. al, Cause No. 352-323927-21 filed in the 532nd Judicial Court, Tarrant County Section 551.072 - Real Estate - Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property for City facilities Section 551.087 – Economic Development - Discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information the City has received from business prospects the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations; deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect
