CONSENT: READING AND PUBLIC HEARING - RESOLUTION R-23-4819 4a Approval of the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of February 7, 2023 4b Approval of an employment agreement for the City Manager 4c Approval of a Neighborhood Entrance Beautification Program and guidelines allowing the City to enter into Chapter 380 Grant Agreements with qualifying HOAs and property owners to provide 50% matching grants in an amount up to $25,000 for landscape and hardscape improvements to neighborhood entrances 4d Approval of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Colleyville, as seller, and Woodmont Land Company, as buyer, for the acquisition and development of approximately 5.8856 acres of land located at 4007 Colleyville Boulevard, said land being more particularly described therein, with a purchase price of $3,250,000 payable to the City upon closing; and authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute all documents incidental thereto, including all title and closing documents
